Just started last Sunday and really enjoyed it. Did Tuesday too but have missed my 3rd day this week due to getting back late from weekend away, so a bit deflated for only doing 2 days. Starting again tomorrow.

Keep gong! You've already got off the couch and done a couple of runs - a few more can’t be so difficult. It gets so much easier as you move through programme.
You can do it!

Well done.. did you check this post for newbies out?
Be kind to yourself..this is just the beginning...keep it slow and keep it steady and if you have to miss a run.. do not worry...it will still be there waiting for you

Don’t worry about missing the odd day - it just takes a little longer to finish. The important thing is to look forward to the next run!
It’s sometimes good to have a few more rest days in between especially near the start. Just try and fit them in whenever you can and don’t worry about ‘keeping up’. I set myself the 9week target but that’s not going to happen but I can see the benefits already irrespective of timeframe.

It does not matter if you take longer than a week to complete each section. I’m on Week9 :2 and have been doing it since February i call it the scenic route sometimes life (and recovery rate) gets in the way.
