First post grad run

Why did I think this would be any easier just because Ive graduated 🙄. I still kept Jo in my ear for support and timings etc. But it was hot, so hot haha. Started great but by the end I was doing a run/crawl type thing 😂😂. But I didn’t stop, I kept going and even increased my distance by 0.01 of a K 🤣. So I now run 3.83k in 30 minutes. At least it’s heading in the right direction 👍🤪🐌
