A bit weird this one not having Laura talking me through. I set my timer on my phone , started my run playlist, activated Endomondo and set off.
God it was hot! I was resembling a glazed doughnut by the first ten mins and only managed 2.75 k in the 30 mins . A far cry from my graduation run on Sunday, but like they say, some runs are better than others.

Weeeellllll I’m not born for the heat I’d rather be doing physical exertion in the cold so the actual run was so so. I’d normally be doofed on a bean bag in the garden in temps like that.
I realise I enjoy runs in the morning when it’s cooler and no ones about but I’m no morning person either!. Once I’ve dragged myself out of my pit and actually doing it I really enjoy it and have much more energy .
Also don’t enjoy inhaling flies!. I had a dream the other night that I could feel them bouncing about in my chest 😣.
Maybe I was having palpitations in my sleep !!
