First post grad run

I’ve done my first post grad run on my lonesome without Michael J jollying me along. I didn’t want to do it. I was hot and tired after work and had just finished my tea so not ideal. Decided to compromise and do a twenty min run not thirty. Once I got going I pushed to 25 min run with my five min walks either side. Very happy with that x

Well done! Hope you've seen your badge now! I'm going to run without my sister for the first time on Thursday. She's got a long bike ride at the weekend so she's resting. Am going to run very very slowly!!

Nope still can’t see my badge. Not even when I log onto the website on a pc instead of app. No idea why. Send a pic of yours so I know what I’m looking for.

You’ll be fine without your sister. Think I may try thurs too ( unless I’m revising history again for gcse with daughter!!) so I will be your virtual running partner in the absence of your sister!!
