Didn’t think it was going to happen today. For one reason or another it kept getting pushed back. Finally got to the gym at 7.45pm after a long day at work, and already having done 10081 steps during the day. Pleased to say the extra 30 seconds wasn’t as daunting as I was expecting. The programs working a treat so far. Wouldn’t be possible though, without all the support and advice from you guys.
