W2R1 - done (and quite chuffed with myself!)

so - went into week 2 with some trepidation - different music and runs of 90 seconds - i'm thinking that might sound really rubbish to a lot of you but I know you've all been thru it too so - 90 second runs done!

i was actually pleasantly surprised to be honest - i was also surprised to hear from Laura with the 'breathing' tips! - who knew you were supposed to breathe! haha.

but again, i liked that too - and found it was a good 'pattern' to run to and found i slipped into it quite easily. I am still taking things very slowly (as per all the advice from you graduates) and i'm already looking forward to wednesdays run.

So - all good - and long may it continue!

cheers

Kaz

Well done, sounds like a good run! I did mine today too of course, but all the details are in a post I did earlier :) I didn't actually find the breathing tips worked for me, but maybe I haven't found my flow yet! Glad it worked for you!

I look forward to Wednesday too - keep going!

Have you got to the bit about running alongside the hedge yet? Can't remember if that's week 2 or 3. Either way it messed with my breathing as I laughed so much!
