Found this run quite difficult as I had 2 days rest! But half way through it was great! Ankle gave way but carried on! I’m getting there! Will do the jumping n running to rocky theme when Iv reaches my goal!! 👍😁

It was difficult but you did it chewy keep that belief and use it on your next run. Watch those ankles you'll need them more in the later weeks 👍🙂

I badly twisted my ankle years ago and always gives way when it’s stiff or cold, Iv got a foot brace so I should’ve put it on really, so my own fault

Ouch I went over on mine going after a squash ball gr4rrr yikes it hurt and the pretty colours and swelling 😬

Still wary of it now years later if ever I have a quick knock on the court

Probably better to have broken it than a bad sprain! They say a break heals better than a sprain

Just completed W2R1 myself...was surprised that that extra 30 secs on each run really was noticeable by the end...tired now...but happy I did it...well done - and look after your ankle- we can do it!!!

Well done.

Two days rest won't have made it more difficult.......it takes much longer than that to lose condition.

Take care of your ankle, they can take a long time to heal.
