W2R1 done

Finally got round to starting W2 tonight. It’s been slow progress getting through each stage as I’ve not been always able to get out 3 nights per week due to work and family commitments. But I’m making sure that I do get out on the nights I’m able. So my ‘9 weeks to 5k’ will probably take a little longer but I’m satisfied that I’m gradually moving forward.

I sure felt the difference in runs tonight and was a little bit more out of breathe than W1 but I’m so please I actually got through the full 30 mins session.

Well done. Shows the determination you have when your still doing it despite home and work commitments.

I start week 2 on Sunday so I'm hoping I do okay and manage it x

I certainly felt the difference but managed it fine. Couldn’t imagine me even running for a minute a couple of weeks ago! You’ll do great! Let us know how you get on

That's it, do what you can, when you can. 3 times a week is ideal but you're still gonna get there 👍🏻

After Christmas I’m hoping to have more time in the evenings but just doing what I can in the meantime and still feeling the benefits 🙌🏼
