Well done ....... It's all about the pace
Well done you! But, at this stage in the plan, just really take it slowly and steadily. If you are running at a comfortable pace then there should be no need to repeat a week.
There are many links to help your strength and stamins, over on our sister forum , pop over and take a look?
Have you checked out the pinned post on How to run C25K? It will give a lot of great advice.
Well done.
There is nothing wrong with repeating any run or week, they all make you stronger, but the programme is structured to strengthen you sufficiently before you step up to the next level.
Why not just give the next week a go? There is nothing to lose and you may well surprise yourself.
Slowing down to an easy conversational pace is the secret. Say this sentence out loud to yourself "Am I going slow enough to enable me to speak this sentence in one out breath?" If you cannot, you are going too fast.

Relax and enjoy it.
Well done. Week 1 was the biggest step up of the plan… and you managed that one OK right?
The fact you both needed to and could slow down to get through this one says you finished at the right pace and started too fast. It’s great to find the right gear early in the plan… and you have. Also, the self coaching in managing the pace of this run will serve you well going forwards.
Lots of victories are evident in this run. Repeat any run or week that you want to, but going off your report here it doesn’t look like you need to!
Happy running.
Slow down Crow277 , you shouldn't be winded at any point during C25K! You've clearly got the determination, so channel it into finding your comfortable pace and going on to succeed with the next week.
