Morning all.
So just finished my last run of week 7.
It wasn't as comfortable as my last run at all but I managed the same distance albeit about 10 steps.
It's amazing how as time goes by, you may feel that you're going really slow but in fact, your slow pace has increased.
The way how I was running today, I thought to myself that there was no way I was going to reach the same distance as on Monday. But surprisingly I did.
Wore my new trainers today too but I must admit I prefer my old Karrimor. Guess I have to get used to these ones over time.
So moving swiftly on to Week 8 on Friday.
