Back feeling much better today, I went into town and bought a new sports bra to replace the lost one, and toddled out into the rain today. I didn't use the podcast (having heard it twice) but rather put on my new "Zombies Run" app with a playlist and ran to what I hoped was time, turned out a couple of minutes over.
Ran, I say, and ran without any problems at all. Who would have thought that running 28 + minutes would be easier than puffing my way through 60 seconds? Everyone starting should know that week 1 is the toughest week, in my opinion.
The zombies, btw, didn't catch me (apparently I run faster than a slow zombie shamble, if only barely) and I picked up some important post-apocalyptic supplies in the rain soaked woods.
