Week 4 DONE

Today I did my last run for week 4 and I'm feeling really good both in myself and with the program! The last couple of runs I've realized how important it is to relax and not get stressed about times etc - makes it so much more enjoyable just to be out for half an hour doing a mixture of running and walking! Anyway looking forward to Week 5 which I'll start on Friday πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ

Well done. You're right about taking the pressure off when doing the programme. There is no need to stress, it just takes away enjoyment (or makes it less easily accessible). πŸ˜€

Well done - hopefully some people on weeks 1-3 read this and feel inspired!

That moment you start looking forward to the run is really special.
