Getting kinda more serious now. Made it to the end but it's never easy. Glad I did it. Warm up and walks at 6.5kph, runs at 7.5kph and slowed to 6kph for the final 5 minute cooldown at the end. Next run Thursday when I think it's the last of the interval runs. Wow ๐

7.5km/h is 8'00"/km
6.5km/h is 9'14"/km
6.0km/h is 10'00"/km
Those walks are pretty brisk! My warm up/cool down walk is about 9'30"/km.

Well done. Especially in the wet. Wonder if you found it a slog? I thought I was a runner after completing 20 minutes non stop but Wk 6 Run 1 was strangely hard !
