Two months ago, I thought I would never be able to run. Now I don't think I will ever stop running again. 🏃🏃🏃 I'm so proud of myself and so thankful that I found the c25k programme and all you friendly people in this forum. Love from Copenhagen💋

Funny how an online forum can be so vital a part of ones motivation...

Very true , yes . I think its because we all " get it "

Weve all done or are doing the programme, and there is a lovely mixed bag of ages and experience on here .

Ive met a couple of people from here in " real life " so to speak and they are just as lovely as they are on here xxx

Well done you!

You should be proud of yourself...you are doing so well. The running is addictive and the benefits are amazing.

Week 8 here you come...and, you know the form...steady and slowly! :)

Careful Oldfloss, I might start posting in Danish 😉

You're right - the slow and steady form is the right one for me, too. It took a while to realise it, but I'm not forgetting it anymore.

Well done, not long to go now! I love it when people get hooked😈 You can feel the enthusiasm and excitement oozing through the words😎  You've been hooked for a while and you'll power through to graduation! And just at the right time - all those long days in Copenhagen still to come!

Well done, you are doing great!  I had never run until I started this course (I even volunteered to organise and score school sports day, just to make sure I would not have to take part).  Now I've been running for 3 years.  I still have to pinch myself to believe it's real!

Well done! It's so exciting when you pass another mile stone isn't it. I can't believe how easy it is to become hooked. I never thought I would take to it.  Now I have become a complete bore to those around me who don't run.

Keep up the good work, you will be graduating before you know it.

When you start to feel you're making real progress, howcan you not get hooked? Then of course there are the feel good endorphins. Can't go without those anymore. Into w8 it is! Not far to go now.

Not what you're looking for?
