I first posted on here in my first week, asking if I will get through this! I was finding running 60 seconds near impossible. I am now week 4 run 3 tomorrow and I have really progressed. I had some really positive replies and looking back I feel a bit silly but thanks to the positivity I kept going, took advice and slowed it down. I am slightly dreading week 5 but the plan has worked so far and there's plenty of support out there. I've got to do this!! 😊

I was the same as you at run 1, about as unfit as you could get. W5D3 was a massive moment for me and I cried when I finished! Now I’ve just finished W9D2 and I’m close to graduating. If there is any proof that the program works, I am it 😊
You can do it. I'm in week five now never thought I'd get here but I have and I'm trying my best that's all I can do. Good luck
You have DEFINITELY got this! Trust the programme and believe in yourself. I’m an overweight, middle aged granny who was desperately counting down the seconds to the next walking bit in the early weeks. Yesterday I ran W9R1 - a whole 30 minutes!!! And I’m loving it. We’re all with you on this- go for it!! xx
I was also the same as you and think this plan is so well written. I trust it as each run I can manage the next step and can't believe in week 7 I can run 25 minutes. Keep going we can do this.
