If anyone had said a few months ago that I would be running three times a week and could run for 28 minutes I would have thought they were mad. Today was week 8 run 2, 28 mins run done (still not up to a change in pace but managing the time required).
I know this is said a lot but the programme works! Have faith, dont be worried that you won't be able to do the next run, follow the programme and be amazed at your achievement!
Happy Sunday everyone!

Well done You! Exactly my thoughts about not believing I would be running a few months back. Im now on week9 run 3 so will graduate this week π Such a difference from week 1 where I felt like I was dying after the first run. Just goescti show you don't know what you can do until you try. Go us πββοΈ
Well done. That is what I felt, when I started to run about 7weeks ago.Now I can run comfortably for 30mins.There were some days I could not do it but I persevered and the program does work.
Well done! I'm at the same stage as you and can completely relate! It feels a little miraculous! And it always makes me laugh when Jo Whiley tells me to step up the pace if I can manage it π₯π I'm happy to just keep plodding for now! Good luck for week 9 - almost there now! ππ»ββοΈβΊοΈ Xx
All though I'm on week 5,pace has never been an issue with me; my goal has been to complete the run as per programme. So far so good I'll only start thinking about pace / times after ( hopefully ) graduating and signing up for park runs. So Sarah you're almost at the tape, get through it safely and then work on you're pace / time or plod along to 10K you can do it.
