Just completed W6R1 on this horrible misty morning and am pleased to say that was a lot easier than I was expecting it to be!

I struggled slightly towards the end of my last 5 minute run but I’m putting that down to the fact I was running up a slight incline (I opted to run round the streets today rather than my usual flat route through the country park as the low mist made it look like something from a horror movie!).

I’m not going to look to find out what awaits me for run 2...It’ll give me a nice surprise on Thursday morning I’m sure! 😆
