So I didn't wake up in the best of moods this morning, not sure why as i don't normally struggle on run days and actually quite look forward to doing it however today was completely different! And to top it off i stepped outside in a t shirt and running jacket and it was hammering it down! I didn't have time to go back in to put a hoody on so off I went in an even worse mood!
The run wasn't as hard as other people had said although I did try and go a lot slower as people had said in my previous post that I was going too quick.
I am happy that it is now done however I think I am now just looking forward to running without the breaks in between. I fell like I have achieved something when it is non stop.
Hopefully my run on Friday I will feel better in myself and it isn't raining!

Wow! Well done you for running in the rain with no hood! I have to say, sheepishly, that I started out to do W6R2 a couple of days ago and turned back when it started to rain quite hard. Waiting for a dry morning now. I’d take my hat off to you if I had one! Well done!
Great run... hoodies tend to make you overheat so I’d say you were dressed perfectly. One more set of intervals and you’re into the just running end of the programme... you’ll miss them!
I wore a hoody a couple of weeks ago and instantly regretted it even though it was freezing outside within a few minutes and was wanting to strip off! So I suppose it was a good thing I didn't go and put one on as it would have made it a lot harder
