Well I woke with a slight dread knowing that it was the 20min run. Determined to do it , kept a steady pace first 5minutes hard but after that it really wasn’t all that bad. I can’t believe that I ran for the full 20mins when 5 weeks ago I struggled with 60mins. #happybunny🏃🏼♀️😊

I’ve just done week 5 run 2 and had a peek at run 3. OMG?! I found the second 8 minutes really hard so what’s the best way to get through the full 20?
