Well done! This is a significant milestone and definitely deserves the time with kids, although I would have avoided the 5k walk 😉

Beware of W6, I’ve learnt from so many posts that it catches out a lot of people.

We all can do it with the focus and determination. Good luck!

Thank you!

Yes I was route planning for a week or twos time 😋

I have read lots of hideous things about my next run but I’ll take it easy and do it no problem 😳😂

The run has got a reputation..it does not deserve it... and, historically, too many very scary posts, ( usually posted before the run:)) have made the dragon larger:)

Slow and steady it is a run you are totally ready for....you can do it..just believe it...:)

The thing is..if folk believe in dragons.. they must surely believe they can be beaten..

Go you.. awesome Mama :)

Thank you! 🐉 it will not beat me....it can’t!! I’ve set myself the challenge of doing a sponsored 5k park run at the end of wk9 and I’m over half way to my sponsorship target so I can’t let people down now!! 🤣 I’ll just heed the slow and steady advice and work on speed later 😁
