Hey my beloved Friends, I was to go for my W6R3 tomorrow but I simply could not resist going for the run today about 40 minutes ago- the weather was nice, had such a positive mind (MANY thanks to all the encouraging words you have given me when I was so down after the last run) AND my tummy was not bloated!
Thanks for all the very kind advice, I had a Banana about an hour before leaving and started the run with a positive mind. Slow and steady steps all the way, no rushing, no under pressure, take your time and finish the run, yeah..that was exactly what I did except the last one minute when Laura said to speed up if I can, AND THEN, I ran for my life!
I completed 5.2K in 35 minutes and 45 seconds!!! Can you feel my excitement my Friends?? Wow, what an achievement for me when I could not run 5 minutes yesterday?!! My legs were aching but I would not give up, strangely I did not feel unbearably tired. I did feel tired but it was not as if I wanted to stop; only the legs were asking to stop, but no way would I stop, but steady steps all the way.
Many thanks again for all the good wishes and kind words..I really do appreciate everything you said and say. What a great community we have here, heh? All my good wishes to all of you for doing your runs, we are simply fantastic aren’t we?!!!

Thank you Helen, for me I think it is mainly the diet and been stubborn not to stop. It is hard as you know, but then I was concentrating on the music while the legs were screaming….Just ignore them and listen to the music, then legs will take you where you want to go. Good luck to you for your runs!!
Well done Mini, just as you were told, YOU DID IT. Now take that day to rest and then onward to the final stages of a remarkable journey. Its a smashing feeling, even when your tired you just can't help feeling rather smug, quite right too, its your achievement and no one else can take that away from you. Very pleased for you.
What an amazingly positive blog! Awesome, well done you! All the best for the next few runs .... and have a better 7.1 than I did ... no matter: 7.1b will be amazing
Thank you Linda..if you heard what I had to say a day ago..I was so pathetic, but then I am glad that it happened to me yesterday or else I would have never known the victory is this great! I was dancing when I came into home..singing.. 'I am officially a runner..yeah..'!! What a feeling, heh?! Goodluck to you for your runs too!!
