No not the whole thing- not yet but I completed W5 R3 and ran for a whole 20 minutes!! I know I’m going to complete the whole thing now I’m so happy I could cry!! I felt really sick at the end though Is this normal? I feel fab right now and I’m never going to give up. I am amazed 😊😘have a great day everyone x

Well done👍👍I found that one hard but felt it was a real milestone!!!!! Grinned widely for the whole day after it🤗 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done! Big milestone passed.

Sick: no, not “normal” (whatever that is). Sounds like you were going to quickly for this heat or weren’t hydrated/fuelled for it.

It’s hard to advise but I sometimes have a banana about half an hour before a longer run. Or I have a bit of my post-run treat of a Lucozade Sport drink before I go and the sugars seem to help. An emergency Haribo or Jelly Baby may also help mid-run.

Well done! 😃👍

Slow and steady is the way to go. No hurry, no pressure, no need to push

If you feel sick maybe you went a bit too fast for yourself. Or it could be the heat.

One run at a time, slow and steady be thy mantra 😁💪🏃‍♀️

Have fun 👍

Please tell me you cried. I cried. Everyone should cry at the end of that one. It's the BIG one. It's the one where you know you can finish the whole thing. It's a truly magical moment. Hope you had a completely brilliant day xx

Great job - that run was the turning point for me. I found W6 R1 & 2 a bit of a struggle but sailed through the 25 minute run this morning. Keep on keeping on!
