Chuffed to bits! At the beginning (and sometimes in the middle) of this program, I didn't think I'd ever get to the end. But I just did and I am so proud of myself!
I graduated! Woohoo!
BIG smile on my face right now...
A massive thank you to every one here, you've all been a big part of this journey with me and I so look forward to continuing it with you π

Brilliant Illtryanythingonce πFeels good, doesn't it!Well done on getting to the end. Or is that merely the end of the beginning of a rather longer journey.....
Will you be doing some consolidation to do now as well? Best of luck with you next steps.
I think the next item on the list is to make sure I am completely comfortable with doing 30 mins and also try some new routes. I am hoping that I will now have a bit more confidence to go to some new places locally - perhaps along the River Thames or The Ridgeway.
Good luck with your challenge for Ukraine. This is a great cause.
Great plan! I'm hoping that getting comfortable with the 30min running distance will bring me confidence running out and about too! Still feel a bit of a lemon π
Many congratulations- thatβs such a great achievement. ππ€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπππLots of good advice given alreadyβ¦ I just want to add that I made myself a new playlist of favourite music and tried some new routes, (or variations on familiar routes) to make the consolidation weeks feel new, fresh & exciting.
Enjoy the next part of your running adventure.π
Thank you Elfe5 π the fresh playlist is a good idea... to be honest I only started listening to music in week 7/8 and it made a massive difference! Although sometimes I finally myself losing my running rhythm and running to the music ππ
