I was really dreading this run but managed it by running slowly at first. But the end I pushed myself I bit and sprinted for 1min 20seconds just for fun.

You've made a great start to C25K :)

Remember, at this stage it's not about speed, it's just about doing the runs safely and gradually increasing them.
