Wow was a tough one but took all the advice and took it slow.

Did slow to a walkimg pace when I heard Laura in the last five mimutes but she said one minute left so had to pick up the pace again lol x

I can identify with that, but there's been a lot going on at home, but I feel better today and looking forward to W6R3 tomorrow. Note to the weather man: I would like it a bit crisp, please as I suspect I can do the 25 minutes, but I really don't mind a bit of support!
