After reading lots of posts about this one being surprisingly hard, I took it steady, but got through the three runs reasonably OK, even though I again increased the pace slightly on the treadmill... am now finding it better to go just that little bit faster. Onwards and upwards :)

Happy enough indoors for now - doors wide open, nice view etc - still haven’t ventured outdoors! Plan to do that for the first time on one of our upcoming 25-minute runs.

After W5R3 I would think this was a bit easier? Will find out tonight ☺️

I have just done this today too and found it good. Was on the treadmill which I always find easier.
