5.15am run. Clear sky beautiful full moon. Thoroughly enjoyed the run kept a steady pace. Walked to & from yoga last night which helped my leg muscles recover. Have symptoms of a cold but might be able to sweat it out. All set for the day ahead 😁

Yes determined to lose weight & regain my fitness. Signed up to 6months of Weight Watchers, abstained from alcohol, drink plenty of water & walk at lunchtime. Started to improve my quantity & quality of sleep 😊

Took it off today and gently gave the surrounding area a wash . Now have a smaller dressing on it . It's a bit painful and bruised but it's fine. Looking to run tomorrow . 😊
