W6R1 over and done with!

Just back from W6R1 and being aware of all the warnings I decided to listen to my son's 'smoky room' playlist which is slow and jazzy and absolutely suitable for keeping the pace slow (not that I am in any danger of breaking into speed). Fab music, lots of mental maths about how much weight I hope to lose by when, and really it flew by and I actually enjoyed it! Now I should be going to bed and I'm feeling psyched!

Yes! It really is! I was going to leave 2 days in between and do it tomorrow, but I really felt like going tonight. Amazing! Good luck tomorrow, it'll be fine, after the 20min run you really feel confident of success.

Hope you got some sleep 😀 I like that sort of the playlist for runs, all the music flows together so you're not counting tracks it's just nice and continuous, like the run ☺

Sounds like some cool music there 🙂 I like my jazz fine and mellow 😎. Nice 😁

I can’t do mental maths at the best of times but when I run I get myself really annoyed as I can’t work things out Grrrr Apparently my brain needs all its energies for making my legs work ☺️
