As at 6.34 this morning (well, about 6.29 actually, as 6.34 was the end of the cool down) I am a C25K Graduate. 9 Weeks ago I didn't even know I was starting this programme, and certainly if someone had told me 9 weeks ago that I'd just have run 3 x 30 minutes in a week, and only 0.4km shy of the actual 5K, I'd have said "Get out of here!". I am sooooo pleased.
Everyone - wherever you are along the way with C25K, stay strong and determined, keep smiling and keep up the good work. If I can do this, anyone can
Wish I had longer to post and support others, but after a long long long stretch of my tired quads, hammies and calves, I need to shower and get my backside to work. At least it's Friday and the sun is shining.
Best wishes all.

Thank you, and good luck with the rest of your programme, you've done the most mentally challenging bit. Plus shiny new trainers I'm going to get gait analysis and new ones now - was too scared part way through in case they caused me problems! g in your
Thank you. I got up on an entirely uneventful morning on Sunday 11 March, and decided out of nowhere that I was going to start C25K the next day. 9 weeks later, and I'm still pinching myself that I completed it 'per programme' and with a respectable distance (4.6K across the 30 mins running time this morning). I'm so pleased
Thank you, and good luck to you for the next couple of weeks. I've also had tired/achey leg problems - more than I have had with my cardiovascular system being able to keep up, and some days I've been bandaged up like a mummy with tubigrip! W5R3 to end of Week 6 were hell, and I still wonder how I managed to plod through, but I did So I can emphathise - take care of them there new running legs - you'll soon win them over and they will soon remember not to ache
