I graduated about three weeks ago but didn’t see this message. Please can I have my graduation badge.
Thanks for an amazing app. I haven’t contributed a huge amount to discussions but the stories of success and advice have been an important part of the journey.
Graduated on April 6th, and completed another nine 30 minute runs before starting ‘Bridge to 10K’ yesterday. Aiming to run a 10k Race for Life at the beginning of June, and a half marathon at the end of September. Loving it! Eladon 😁
Thank you. I found ‘Bridge to 10K’ as a free Podcast. It gives you verbal time prompts & plays (for me) loud, boring music. I also tried the ‘Bridge to 10K’ app from the App Store. I have an iPhone & found that, although it gives out more information about length of run, times etc, and plays your own choice of music, it did drain the battery quite quickly. I actually prefer running in silence & enjoying the surroundings. Good luck, 🏃🏼♀️
Hi, I graduated on 16th April and have since completed my first parkrun! I haven’t posted but have enjoyed reading about the experiences of others. Thanks all for sharing 😊
Hi, went slightly off track 6 weeks ago and have done all sorts of running but never completed w8 and 9 with Sarah and the app. Felt that I needed to go back and finish properly so I finally did my last official run a couple of weeks ago.
Hi, first time poster here, although I’m on week 7. I’m really enjoying reading everyone’s posts- out of curiosity, is this an actual badge that we get or something sent to us on the internet? ☺️🏃🏻♀️
Thanks for that! No where near graduating yet. Just thought I’d read a few graduation posts and found this! Looks fab. Can’t wait to get mine! How long would it take to reach me (mainland UK) once ordered? I want it ready for when I graduate!
Hi, I started my couch 2 5k journey 5th Feb, never really expecting to get through week 1 as I found the 60 seconds of “running” incredibly tough. But with the reminders from the app not to forget my trainers I persevered and took it a run at a time. I completed the programme 11th April and now run 5k in around 34 mins, and every time I do, I’m still amazed that I’m actually doing it! My goal at the beginning was to be able to enter the local “5” race, at about week 5 of the C25K I discovered it wasn’t a 5k but 5 miles! I’ve still got 8 months to go but 5 miles really seems a stretch too far! I’ve not posted before but so great to read the experience of others to find it wasn’t just me who found it difficult. To those just starting out, keep going, you can do it! 🏃🏻♀️

Congratulations and well done, increase at your own pace get as near to the distance and you can safely and walk if you need to on the day. The most important thing is have fun 😀. Oh and come and tell us all about it.
Just graduated from the C25K programme! Set myself the target at the start of the year to achieve this before my 49th birthday. Despite the awful weather at the start of the year I managed it with a week to spare!
I completed my runs this morning 😆 thanks for a fantastic program, I have achieved the impossible, ,,,, getting out of bed early morning to go running, still can't believe it 🤗
How do we prove we have completed? ( I’ve not quite yet I hasten to add..week 7 run 3 tomorrow ) I have my runs logged in Garmin Connect and Strava. Do you need a screenshot?
We trust you, we run an honour system, if you say you have done it we believe you. We know you are all so passionate about graduating I can’t imagine anyone wanting to cheat 😀.
Hiya. My football team got relegated last night - but I completed W9R3 - so this helped to ease the pain!! So overall, feeling quite pleased with myself!!
Hey there! I completed C25k back in November, but OldFloss pointed out my badge has vanished. I promise I took good care of it, and as I've done at least 3 x 5k runs in the past week or two, please please please could I have it back??
Hi. Graduated this morning and Millsie-J asked me to come here to request my mortarboard, aka graduate badge. Thanks, it's been a brilliant journey, and I can't wait to receive my badge :). My username is Shazza1965. Ta muchly, Sharon x
I only joined this forum last week but I was already well into the programme and I completed my final run yesterday morning. It would be great if I could have my graduate badge, thank you!!
Hi, I ran wk9r3 on Friday night, I know everyone says it but it really is amazing that 9 weeks ago I couldn't manage more than 20 seconds running and was really worried about run for 1 minute! I'm so chuffed to to be able to run for more than 30 minutes now 🙂. Could I have my graduation badge please. And thank you for this forum, and the work that people like yourselves put into it, I haven't posted to it but I have very much enjoyed and been inspired by other peoples posts. Thanks Steve
Good afternoon! I did week 9, run 3 this morning - back just in time to see the bride step out of the car 😁 Biiiiiig thanks to the volunteers who run this site so encouragingly x and all the c25kers comments which have kept me going the last 9 weeks. Finishing the run this morning felt tremendous but also a bit of an anti-climax as I hope it is very much not the end but the beginning of very many runs to come. For the record, and for those of us panicking about not reaching the seemingly mythical 5k, it was my toughest run yet (most of them are) and my furthest, but still only managed 3.6km! Happy running x
Congratulations and well done, same distance as I did when I graduated and I am doing a HM tomorrow so don’t worry it will all come to you when your ready 😀.
Wow! Really? That's hugely encouraging! Thank you for sharing. I've no sights on HM or even 10k, but would love to pop out for 5k a few times a week without feeling drama'd about it... you've just pushed that within my grasp x
Completed run 3 of week 9 yesterday morning, yes I did it and will continue, can't believe how much better I feel. I did run a little extra to get 5:054k in 32:11 secs but given I run on trails and with quite allot of uphill work I couldn't be happier.
Graduated yesterday! 😀 Thanks so much to all who have kept me motivated. Everyone’s comments really do make a difference. It’s such a great community and the programme is superb.
I ran my third run of week 9 a couple of hours ago (technically yesterday), so I am very ready for my graduate badge! I'm not up to 5K yet, but I am definitely getting close to it, and more importantly, I can now run for 30 minutes without stopping. Yay!
JulesG1, completed C25K on Sunday 20th May. My plan is to consolidate, conquer hills and move towards 10K. The reality will be carry on shuffling, avoid the hill and actually run 5K no matter how long it takes and then look at the scary 10K app again. I can’t wait for my badge!
Morning wk9r3 completed this morning! Whoop whoop Yaaaaay!!!! Weather = wet & getting wetter - going = soft & waterlogged conditions = soaked from puddles overhanging foliage & trees - but I don’t care - I did it.!!!!!!!!!! Please please can I claim a graduation 👩🏻🎓 badge? Thanks all - awesome program & real motivation from this forum. Happy running 🏃🏻♀️ 🏃♂️😁🏎
Finished tonight , hard to believe I can run for 30 mins , might not need that bus pass due in Nov if keep on running , seem to have got the bug. Skeenie
Hello Rfc, I completed C25k today and am looking forward to receiving the badge and certificate to print. Thank you so very much for this great programme and forum. i have really enjoyed it.
Thank you Rfc, I spotted the graduate badge by my name and it really caught be by surprise. I think that I was just typing a reply to someone who had suggested that I ask for my badge and I let out, "Oh! It's there!" Thank you very much. I feel I have a long, long way to go , but a start has been made. My husband has printed of the certificate which I shall laminate. Haven't quite decided where it will find a home. Thank you again for all you do. And many, many well dones on your half marathon!! Amazing!!
I have just done it!! Well two hours ago and still red faced. I am so overwhelmed and amazed. I couldn’t run 100 yards 15 weeks ago (it’s taken me a little longer than the 9 week programme!)
Hi there even though I am an returning graduate and 10k graduate I’ve been on the IC as you know. Does that mean I’ve lost me badge or do I still hold it as it does not appear anymore☹️☹️😣
I completed mine last week, can I have my badge please. Took me 10 weeks to complete, but never mind, I did it. At the age of 64 I can be a founder member of the galloping grannies club😀
Hi, graduated yesterday 🎉. Runs 1 & 2 of week 9 went really well and I thought "I've got this nailed" but then .... 2 real shockers! I just kept running into the wall at around 15 mins 😤. Sulked for a couple of days but forced myself out of bed yesterday morning and completed run 3.
Still can't believe that just a few weeks ago I couldn't run across the road.
7kgs lighter & couch to 5k in 7 weeks, well pleased with myself. 😄🏃
Runs 1& 2 of week 9 went really well, but 3 attempts to nail run 3, just kept hitting the wall at around 15mins 😤. Can't believe I've done couch to 5k in 7 weeks and am 7kgs lighter. So pleased I signed up for this amazing programme. Thanks for th support.🏃♀️🥇😂
I graduated on May 23rd - 3 runs since. Many thanks to you and your colleagues for all the work you do running this forum. It has made such a difference to me and so many people.
Just finished my W9 R3 about half an hour ago having started in late Feb - thanks for the great app, I wouldn't have been able to do it without. Definitely got the bug now and my brother has entered me for a 10k in October so I guess I have to keep going!
Absolutely stoked that I have completed the programme. I was on holiday in Cuba for 2 weeks and my friends were impressed that I carried on with the programme. It was great running on the beach. I also ran around the site, as well as making use of the treadmill in the gym. So very happy and will continue running. Thinking of starting the 10K programme.
Graduated yesterday. So pleased with myself. Surprised how addictive it is. Just off to to repeat w9r3 and will continue to do this till I actually run 5k. Only running 3.84 at the moment so have a way to go but the fact that I can now run 30 mins (actually did 33 mins) is the achievement 😁
Hello again realfoodie. Well I think I’ve still got my graduate10k badge still even though I graduated some while ago .left the site and rejoined again. Since then I’ve had ankle injury and was r3duced to IC an then gently eased my way back into it. However I did ask for my badge again received it and now it’s disappeared I think?
Yes, I did it! Final run of week 9 completed in the hot sun this afternoon. Still can’t believe it. Thanks for the app and all the posts - so encouraging. 😃🎉
Hi just completed w9 on holiday. It took longer than 9 weeks cos of knee injuries. But I am so pleased to have completed c25k. I would love to collect my badge thank you.
Not sure if I’m doing this correctly but I finished week 9 run 3 yesterday and am trying to get graduated next to my name! Would be grateful if you can help or point me in the right direction! Many thanks Jubileejules
Hi, I started C25K 9 weeks ago and stuck to the schedule (yes lockdown has helped as I’m working from home and use the commute time for running instead ). Running has never been at the top of my favourite exercises and I was sceptical about knee injuries (as mine are rather creaky!). I completed my final wk9 run this morning and can’t believe I managed it. My knees have been ok to 😀. The app is excellent and helps me to stay motivated. Many thanks for helping to get me there!
Congratulations and well done, could I please ask you to post your request in this one as it is the current post for graduation badges. I retired from admin duties and can’t give the badges anymore but Oldfloss will sort you out soon 😀. Rfc x
