w9 r3 Woo! I made it

If you'd said to me at Christmas time that I would be able to run for 30 minutes non stop in 9 weeks I would have laughed. But here I am doing just that :). Ok it took me a bit longer than 9 weeks due to having to take a break with knee pain. But after 10 days off I was able to carry on where I had left off at week3.

Well impressed with the C25K programme and will definately be recommending it to friends.

So now what? Well think I'll keep doing 30 min runs for a while longer. Need to actually reach the 5K as not quite there yet. Hopefully wont be long as have improved speed wise a lot this week. Then it's C25K+ for me, I think.

For all those just starting, keep going, you can do it :)
