FINALLY I HAVE GRADUATED

Although it has taken me 9 months instead of 9 weeks I have made it 3 x 30 minute runs I fee great and going to keep this up. Thanks everyone on here for all the support and encouagement, this app is SO worth it

WOW! Well done. I'm just starting week 2 and doing those kind of runs seems impossible right now but your post just goes to show that I shouldn't give up whatever obstacles come my way.

No dont give up for many weeks I never thought I would get there but I have and I feel great so keep going it is so so worth it.

Oh, whatever you want it to be! Best thing now is just to consolidate those 30 min runs for a few weeks and then decide. You could extend to the full 5k (unless you are there already? most of us don't run 5k in 30 minutes at week 9) but there is nothing to say you have to. Many enjoy carrying on with 3 x 30 min runs a week. Others decide to bridge to 10k and even further, in time! There is a sister forum - Bridge to 10k where a fair few of us also post! 🙂

Thanks I think I will stick with running 30 minutes 3 x per week gadually
