I've just completed week 9 Run 3 and managed 5k in 32.41 mins - 9 weeks ago I would never have thought it possible to run for so long.
Thank you so much C25K for re igniting my love of running, it's still hard and I'm not fast but I'm loving getting up and going for a run at 6.30 before work.
keep going everyone, you can do it.
I'm looking forward to carrying on and running my first 10K in July πββοΈβ€οΈ

Congratulations, Menopausalrunner , on completing C25K π₯³
And it's for sure the beginning of the next phase of your running, especially since you're eyeing a 10K already! In case you don't know yet, there's a Magic Plan on the Bridge to 10K forum that can help you get there: healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... The folks on that forum can also cheer you on (and of course, like me, you can stay in this forum, too).
