Here's me having competed my run tonight. I was happier than I looked!

I've not been out in a while due to work, kids, mental health and, latterly, this bloody heatwave, but gave myself a shove out the door tonight after a bit of a break in the heat. It was tough at times. Mainly because I hit a big incline on my penultimate run! I recovered fine with each walk though. It was nice being in the intermittent drizzle too. I feel good for having done it, as ever. I'm glad to be back on the horse though can see me sticking on W2 for a bit
