So I'm still going it seems! Though this morning I could have easily stayed in bed, I feel much better for having got out! (Next time I feel negative I need to look at this post and get up!!)
Though I had to use lubricant for the thighs after Tuesdays run! (Ouch)... I seemed to accidentally have a 2 minute run I there and finished with a 2.5 minute run that felt great!
Now to get ready for work! Yee Haa!

Keep going it's worth it. I did week 6 day 1 yesterday and never thought I would get that far but the programme works. Well done for making yourself get out x
Oh no! Oops... will stick with it! I plan to be doing four days a week which inevitably means I end up with two days together... it's the way my alarm works and means I have set days for little one and organising in mornings... will that be ok?
I would have a rest day between runs. If you are new to exercise and/or running the day off is sacrosanct
You will have to see how you get on. Just go very slowly. The early runs are mercifully short, more walking than jogging. The beauty of the program is that it's best done slowly. There is absolutely no need to push it
Well woke this morning and legs felt dead! So decided not to go out... had it as a day of rest and will head out in the morning! I just want to get running! Though understand the need to pace 😳
