Took my daughter to ballet last night, and thought I’d go for a quick run down the canal while she was in there. Only did 2.1 miles and was only out there for 26 minutes in total, but it felt so good! Hoping to do the parkrun on Saturday and get a pb under my belt! 🤞🏼
