Hi all

Just finished week 2 today, really enjoyed it but still feeling a bit hard. Feeling a bit apprehensive about WK3, but I do look forward to the runs now, they are becoming a good habit!

On the home front, mum is finally feeling better, she has been hospitalised with flu and pneumonia but might be home next week all being well, so that's a worry less.

It's been a trying 2 weeks but the running has definitely helped me.

WK3 first run will be on Sunday, so will post as to how I get on. Best wishes to all 🏃🏻‍♀️

Well done. I have just completed W3 and overall not as bad as I expected. Good luck for Sunday, you'll do great.

Running time is a great way to briefly escape the day to day worries of life and helps to put things into perspective.

Each c25k week brings its challenges, but the previous week has prepared you for them.

Trust the plan and believe in the ability of your amazing body to adapt to the demands.
