I'm in week 2 and the 90 secs just feels like 60 secs xxx you will be fine I promise I'm over weight and rubbish at jogging but I managed it so I'm sure you will be ace xx

I finished week 2 today 😊😊😊 I really think I could have run longer too which amazed me so much can't wait to go on week 3 should be rest day tomorrow but I'm itching to get started x
Scratch the itch... take the rest day ! You should always finish with a bit left in the tank.... but don't be taken in, as the runs get longer, you will love your rest days

( Try some Strength and flex and other exercise on your rest days too
It will be hard.... but, have faith in yourself and the programme... don't push, or power through.. go slowly and steadily and enjoy the journey. It is about slowly building up and having fun on the way...
