Hi, really enjoying c25k so far. It's early days though. Concerned at how difficult I might find wk3, but looking forward to it too. I've joined to lose weight firstly and get fit

Don't worry. Find your own pace and you will be fine!

Am only 5 weeks ahead of you and remember that feeling. Stay cool, go slow, take an extra rest day if you need to, pick a forgiving route - all advice I've benefited from on this forum. And now I can lollop for 25 mins. The system works - you just have to show up!

Slow and steady.... listen to your body, take your rest days and don't be tempted to push too much.
Focus on the runs you have competed and not on what is to come... this programme will take you safely and having had a great journey to the Graduation Podium
I felt exactly the same way - was dreading it but it really was ok - try not to worry about the next step up - sure you'll be fine
