Wk2 done

Well that’s week 2 ✔️ done. Wk2 run 1 was easier that I thought it would be🤔 or is that not as hard as I thought it would be. The 2nd and 3rd seemed harder, sure that is just my thought process. So now I think I will go straight on to wk3. Haven’t looked yet at the next steps. Will just listen to Laura.😀

Physically each run will be moving you forward, but psychology plays a big part in the whole process.

First time through C25K I tended to find the second run of each week the hardest. I think this was because I was cautious about R1, because I knew it was a step up, a bit cocky on R2, because I had already done it, but fine on the third because I paced myself better and of course, my body had already become accustomed to those demands.

Hi Helen, I had my covid booster Saturday , I felt so tired after going for a walk Sunday, I am having a few days rest. But will be straight back on it with run 1 wk 3. I am hooked. How about you.?

Oh you poor thing. I heard that it causes those symptoms in a lot of people. I hope you improve soon. Good idea with leaving the running for a few days. We are at very similar places with this.

I saw the forecast of heavy rain & high winds from 10:00 today & so I made myself go @ 09:15 & now I’m so pleased that I did go! Otherwise that rain would have been the excuse not to go today!

I’ve literally only done W3R1.
