You're not a week behind, your just better prepared for the next week π
Great response. See it as a little extra investment for week 3.
Just an extra fun run...Huge well done you. I had to miss so many runs because of ice and snow when I graduated, that it took longer than nine weeks!
The runs are so fabulous, and patient.. they wait for you!
Thank you ! I think we actually enjoyed it, was definitely the best as far as breathing so we are making progress. Feel ready for wk 3 now
I have always repeated whole weeks and will therefore take at least 18 weeks to reach the end of the programme. I don't think of it as being behind - it's what suits me and is enabling me to go for longer more comfortably and safely. π
I know this is going to take me longer than 9 weeks to complete I also know that I won't be running 5K when I finish week 9, but I will be running for 30 minutes. I am going to complete C25K, but at my own pace, if I have to repeat runs until I can complete three in a row, I will do. If I have to drop back a week (or more) to rebuild my stamina or (more importantly) my self-confidence, I will do, but I am not going to give up, I WILL complete the programme.
I think you just love C25K and want to stretch it out as much as possible
There is no such thing as a week behind because life gets in the way sometimes anyway. π You will be all the stronger for the real week three!
No run is wasted- your legs, cardio, etc all still reaped the benefits, (and ...if you donβt tell them ...they wonβt even know they repeated week two β shhh!! )ππ
Ah thatβs funny but I guess not in a way! Itβs all good miles under your belt, so not wasted for sure ππ
