Week one done chuffed

After no running for over 6months restated c25k ... after months of more excuses than humanly possible .. knee niggling , too hot , too cold, too fat , too tired ...have finished week one . Set my day , refused that allow weather as a barrier , and just did it . Chuffed πŸ™‚

Well done, remember that you can always repeat a run if you need to! I map out week by week when and what I’m running and this keeps me on track (planned up til March 2019!!!)

Just take it slow and take it steady... each run builds on the one before it... don't push too hard and take the rest days:)
