Amazed myself by completing this after the horrendous week 2 that I had. Pace was really slow and Iโm sure walkers could overtake ha ha but I did it comfortably and actually enjoyed it .. soo proud of myself as 6 weeks ago I struggled to run for a minute ๐
Week 6 run 3 all done!!!!! Chuffed ๐ - Couch to 5K
Week 6 run 3 all done!!!!! Chuffed ๐

Yay well done! I did the same run last night and was on cloud 9 when Iโd finished! Week 6 run 1 was horrendous for me I couldnโt see how Iโd made any improvement after that but I was wrong! What a difference from 6 weeks ago though. Itโs a lovely feeling to feel so proud of yourself isnโt it? I hope thatโs whatโll keep us going to week 9 and beyond!

Hello Runner! Huge well done...slow and steady is the way to go

Congratulations liz163, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER and deserve to be chuffed, onwards and upwards to week 7 ๐๐พ ๐

Well done ๐

Fantastic- this is great and a real inspiration as I found R2 a bit laboured. Well done Superstar - I'll get my shoes on and go steady!!

So pleased that, liz163. ๐ฃ Happy running ๐ฃ

That is so great to hear liz163! Especially because I have my W6R3 tomorrow morning!
I just now saw your first post and nearly screamed at my iPad โWELL? Did you do it??!!โ when I realized youโd posted 3 days ago. So off I went to search for your next post and I found this one. So happy for you! And relieved, you make me feel like I can do it too. We will see. About 10 hours from now.

Itโs so lovely to hear that youโre a RUNNER!! I remember struggling with the W6 intervals but when I did that 25 I was buzzing!! Slow is our friend! Good luck with your last few runs, I hope you feel that completion is within grasp, itโs how I felt after W6R3. You can do this- enjoy!
Iโm going out for my first consolidation run this morning - a bit scary but also liberating!
Hi liz an interval runner did walk past me on that run before bursting into a sprint, I think quite a lot of us are vying for the slowest runner awards but I've been tracking my runs (not being controlled by ) using strava and Samsung health and there is a small but noticeable increase in pace, I'll never be a super hare but being able to run for 25 minutes like you I'd never have believed it
Well done you
