Week one done and dusted!

Finished my third run tonight which so far has been gradually easier since the first. I went out about 2 hours after I had dinner but still felt a bit too full, so I'll know in future go before food and not after! I have surprised myself by actually looking forward to getting out! Hopefully week 2 isn't too much of a jump in difficulty!

Having successfully completed it, you're now ready for week 2 & you'll be fine. It's only 6 runs instead of 8.....

Well done for completing Week 1! If you have completed all of the runs then you are absolutely ready for Week 2 - that's what Laura says and she's always right! :) Go slow, you can do it.
