Thanks to everyone on here for the great advice ! I was remembering all the words of wisdom as I ran up hills and splashed through puddles 😁 Got to 30 mins and Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen came on... I just had to keep going and did an extra 8 mins to take me up to 5k ! Yeay! Sadly now a month off as have my eye op tomorrow... think that actually spurred me in to do the extra time 🏃🏻‍♀️🎈🎉
