Never did I think that I would be running 5k for 30 minutes without stopping but I did for the third time on the programme last night! Nor did I think I would say that I actually like running, but I do. I always used to admire people when I saw them running along, thinking that I could never do that but now I can and it feels great! Thanks couch to 5k you've made my dream come true!
