I've just finished week 5 run 1 after a few days off, was a little dubious but smashed it. Your w5R3 post had given me the extra drive and hope this week will be ok 👍

Great achievement.

Please remember the programme requires you to take a rest day after a run day. As the runs get longer this is more important. Even for seasoned runners consecutive days running needs to be developed with care.
