Well done. It's brilliant getting past that one because it seems to be so out of reach when you start the programme. Imagining running for 20 minutes non stop was just a bizarre thought for me. Thinking back it was probably from this point that I knew I would be able to do it because everything else is just a small stepping stone. All the best.

Well done Fish ! It is such an amazing feeling conquering that week , you should be very proud of yourself !

Onto Week 6 ! Now this is a bit of a tricky one as it goes back to run / walk again , but just keep doing what you've been doing , slow and steady . You can do it :-) xxx

Congratulations, I think that one is when you get over the mental 'hump' after all if you can do 20 minutes then why not 25... 28... 30?!

Brilliant fish girl you did it!

I know exactly what you mean about the first seven or so minutes before everything just settles.

I think this becomes the addictive feeling you look forward to on a run. When you can breath and your legs know what to do.

Have a lovely Christmas then onto week 6. You can do it you are a runner now!
