Finished my run today surrounded by snowdrops! Can hardly believe we're almost a month into the new year.
At beginning of January I pledged to run 3x a week and use C25K + podcasts in the hope of improving my 5k time. I graduated in November and ran my first 5k at the end of Dec taking 38.05 minutes.
Since 1st Jan I've run three times a week and have used the C25K + podcasts to add a bit of variety at least once a week.
Today running with the stamina podcast I ran 5k in 33.59 minutes! I'm so chuffed - when I started C25K in August I don't think I'd run properly since school (a good 30 years ago!)
Feel like 2018 is going to hold many more running adventures.
