Like everyone else I am eagerly awaiting the new podcasts to boost my running and give me a new focus - but I'm concerned............the original C25K is meant to get us running 5k or 30 minutes - or 5k in 30 minutes if you can manage it. I've heard the new podcasts are designed to get us running faster - but does that mean running faster than 5k in 30 minutes? Because I'm no where near that fast yet (if ever). Will I be able to manage the new podcasts? Did anyone trial them back in May? What are they like?

I think the advantage of having the podcasts done by the same people as the original c25K is they they understand where people will be at. And possibly most people will not be upto 5K in 30mins at the finish of the program.
According to the twitter feed the podcasts are about strength and flexibility.
The one I trialed was about keeping a set pace, which starts slowly and gradually builds up throughout the run.You run to a set bpm. I only went about 4k on that podcast if I remember correctly, because the speed was pretty slow, so I am sure it will be doable for anyone who has graduated. I think there are going to be three, all ranging in speed, so you can move on when you are ready.
